Character Info
Simon is a Lunarian from the Bluestar Dimension who has ambitions of conquering the Infinite Ways for Lunarkind. He agreed with the ways of Zemus, believing that humans are no more than simple animals, and that the Blue Planet should belong to the Lunars. And now, having learned how to cross between dimensions, he has a bigger prize in mind.
Wayrift - The Browning Incident
In order to further his ambitions, Simon traveled to the Darkstar Dimension and infiltrated the Baronian chapter of the Naugtylumini (Chapter 70, Page 15). There, he worked with Vake, Portia Suksley, and Bradhoc Browning to goad Kip into retrieving Luccious’ sword for the purpose of taking down the Arweinydd, Zemi Dreigiau.
However, when Kip arrived at Browning Manor with the sword, Simon instead chose to betray the Naugtylumini and frame Bradhoc (Chapter 79, Page 13). This led to Kip nearly killing Bradhoc and destroying the manor house. Simon then retrieved the fatally wounded Browning, bringing him back to his secret lab for experimentation (Intermission 2, Page 1).
Simon later returned Bradhoc (once he’d been properly altered to Simon’s pleasing), to a suspiciously rebuilt Browning Manor, staging things as if nothing had happened (Chapter 89 Page 21). However, Lord Browning’s homecoming was in fact a ticking time bomb just waiting to be unleashed upon Baron as a minor part of Simon’s plans.
Wayrift - The Dimensional Break
Simon also influenced Archodys to travel to the Red Moon of the DS Dimension in order to gather energy at the core (Chapter 83, Page 9). He assured the Arweinydd that in doing so, Archodys could become powerful enough to overcome his rival, Zemi. This tipped Archodys into Chaos, and also gave him access to Luccious’ sword, which he attempted to use against Zemi during the battle at the Red Moon’s core (Chapter 89 Page 9).
However, when Archodys began to lose ground during the battle, Simon created a rift to the moon’s core for escape. But not before Simon instructed Archodys to break Luccious’ sword (Chapter 89 Page 15), which - in conjunction with the massive Chaos energies - created a violent Dimensional Break and an intersection of instability in the Infinite Ways.
Simon then harvested the Chaos energies from Archodys, unmaking and discarding the Arweinydd who had outlived his use (Chapter 89, Page 23). How Simon plans to implement the Dimensional Break to further his plans is as of yet unknown.
