Manor
The term “Manor” can refer to the city, school, or organization. In general, it’s the government that ruled over the people of Runne.
It was originally founded by the leaders of the populace who found themselves refugees on the world of Runne. Though they couldn’t remember their past due to the curse of the Dark Sygnus, Luccious, they had previously escaped the Sygnus’ attack in the world Nefol.
One of the founders of what eventually became the Manor was, in fact, SoYa himself. Though as the nature of the organization changed, he eventually stepped away from the leadership role, and even became the leader of the opposing movement, Anarchy.
The catalyst for the change in the Manor was the discovery of TsuMeTai, whose Marked form had been preserved in stasis by the Arweinydd Zazo upon their escape to Runne. Waking TsuMeTai brought Zerom’s awareness and control down upon the Runnian people, and he wielded the power of the Manor as the vehicle for new-found domination.
The Manor was eventually known to harbor all sorts of questionable activity including taking children who had great potential to the school on the city grounds, even against the will of their family. Though this was framed as a great honor, there was a darker purpose than just educating (mind-washing) the next generation. It was later thought that through this, Zeromus was searching for a new physical vessel to develop and claim.
