Summary
After a journey through the forest and to the ocean, Ben and Leona return to the Cottage to find Professor Kory in a state of absolute terror. Though it does not make too much sense at first, things add up to only one thing: a second Golbez has come to the Borderlands.Zeb is the Golbez from the Blue Star Realms – a dimensional twin to Ben who is the Golbez from the Darkstar Realms. Instantly, he is recognized as the voice that had attempted to appeal to Ben in the forest as well as the dark shadow that had rescued Leona earlier from drowning within the ocean.
However, it comes to pass that Ben and Zeb do not quite see eye to eye. Zeb attempts to persuade and warn Ben against the “hidden darkness” that resides within his father, KluYa. Ben, who has grown quite attached and protective of his dimensional father, will not accept Zeb's words as being true. It is not until KluYa actually returns back to the Cottage that Zeb finally departs leaving KluYa in a state of shocked dismay.
