For quite a while, I’ve wanted to try to work up to a buffer where I could post more than one comic page a week. We have a lot of intense storylines coming up, and I’d love to speed up the pace at which the tales are being told going forward!

While I can’t promise I’ll hit this deadline every week, I’ve pushed hard to try to build up a small stash of comics to allow me to post a “Wayrift Wednesday” – basically, a bonus comic in the middle of the week. There will still be a Friday comic as usual.  

I’m also going to start designing comic pages in a way to include more frames and content when pacing allows, so that things move along at a quicker clip. This won’t be every page – some scenes need more room to breathe. But when I can compact things, I will, and layout will reflect this.

Because of this, another minor change is that comic pages will be slightly larger in overall size. This should help make more dense pages easier to read. You will likely not notice that much of a difference, unless you directly compare old pages to new, however!

Look for the first Wayrift Wednesday this week – October 9!
