All of the shackles are heavily laced with magic-binding properties... but still (since he is in the Ways) his eyes glow deep green as he peers up in a very wicked, almost animalistic manner. ** Sygnus- Sygnus is said to hold powers to rival even those of the Trine. Ben and Cecil both have the dormant blood of Sygnus within them due to their partial Arweinydd heritage (they are the grandchildren of Zemi Dreigiau).
