Cecil: Nothing is wrong? Don't you know that I have been watching Golbez for the slightest sign of relapse. I knew it would come. And as for him... we will be handing him over to the Mysidians. Since punishment by death is no longer allowed here in Baron... and he was originally Mysidian, they will handle this.
