Sam: You'll need to take care of that leg. *points to Kip's bandages on his leg* Gert cleaned it up, but you'll need to keep an eye on it so it doesn't get infected. I don't know what you did in the past, but I don't think you want to be a lifelong criminal. *laughs at Kip gently* You look as if you got in with the wrong crowd. The reality is, I couldn't keep you here with those powers of yours. Neither could the whole Baronian army, I would guess. We're not not Lunarian soldiers.

Kip: Lunarian soldiers don't have much practice against mind mages either. *stands up, a little wobbly on his leg* If you let me go, I will attack Benjamin again.

Sam: Benjamin? Why? Has he done something to you? Did he hurt NaTu?

Kip: No. The ones that took me in Zot programmed me to hunt and destroy Golbez if he ever betrayed Zot's purpose. As detestable as I think it is, I have no choice. I'm driven by OMEGA. I have no family... I have no home... I have no other purpose. And once it is complete, then I will eliminate OMEGA.
