Zemi: Ships... have nothing on a Dragon.

Sedo: *looks at Zemi* Dragons are forbidden in the race. Only ships. The only dragon allowed in the race, is my dragon. *points up to his ship*

Zemi: Since when can a human forbid a Dragon to do anything?

Sedo: You can talk to King Cecil. *points to the portrait of Cecil - a younger Cecil with a lot of trophies around him*

Zemi: We've spoken. *looks at the trophies* He won all these.

Sedo: Yeah.

Zemi: He won't be racing this time?

Sedo: He's the King... he's retired.

Zemi: Retired? Nonsense. A king can... and still should... race. *wanders off*
