Zemi: I had to... it was keeping me sealed.

Ben: Incrytan?

Zemi: Yes, the bit of the power that was left from the Crystals it absorbed.

Ben: How do you know about that?

Leona: Yeah! How do you know about that? No one is supposed to know about Ben's giant piece of broken glass!

Zemi: Because... it was my son that created the Elemental Crystals. And I gave him my power, embedded into his creations, to help build the foundation of their power. I was linked to the Crystals of the Earth in the same way Luccious was to the Crystals of the Moon. I couldn't be released until the last shard was broken. It was the only way we knew to seal Zeromus and the Dark Sygnus.
