FuSoYa tells Ben about Kip’s past as KiNaTu, or at least, as much of Kip’s past as he knows. This encompasses some of Kip’s time on the planet Runne, as well as how he arrived on the Blue Planet. From these stories, Ben realizes Kip was likely in Zot, though Ben does not directly remember him.
Meanwhile, Leona and NaTu chat and share differences between Lunars and Humans as they explore the colony. Leona decides she wants to try and find Ben’s old room there in the libraries, and drags poor NaTu into her expedition. They do, indeed, find the room, along with more than they’d bargained for.

Creation Date: Apr 9, 2012 - June 1, 2012
Ben catches Leona and NaTu in his old room in the Lunar library after the runic alarm on his Dark Lord armor goes off. Leona tells him that investigating his room was partly due to her curiosity to learn more about him. In return, Ben balks at the ideas of sharing information about himself.
NaTu senses the tension between them and devises a way to help them better connect and share the things that they hold most secret. Afterwards, FuSoYa arrives and informs a semi-reluctant NaTu that NaTu is being assigned to go to the Blue Planet to research and learn about the humans.

Zazo, who is now in control of Trioa and using her personform, struggles with the Earthian definition of love. She mourns the loss of the past, and is pulled into a Chaos-influenced dream.
There, she meets Tai, who appears as he once was during his Neoflian days as TsuYa. This is not a dream-Tai, but the actual Tai, who has been pulled into the Chaos dreamscape.
Zazo unknowingly mind controls Tai into acting as she pleases after he doesn’t show her the adoration she wants. Then, a modified dream-version of Zemi appears, complementing Zazo and furthering her feelings of superiority.
Afterwards, the shade of Zerom approaches Zazo in the dream, coaxing her to use Chaos to get the things that she wants. Eventually, Tai turns fully Marked due to the Chaos within the dreamscape, and this wakes both of them from the dream.
Still, upon waking, Zazo decides to use Chaos to enact her plans to obtain Tai. Meanwhile, in the BS Baron airship factory, Tai wakes from the dream, shaken. He’s greeted by a fellow worker, Resol, who leaves the night’s rations of fish stew (ew), and Tai ponders the meaning of the dream.

Junior gets tasked with cleaning the Golbez statue in the gardens. There, he talks with Sarafina about the unusual happenings as of late, and grieves the loss of his older brother, Job.
The young dragon, Blue, bursts in on the scene, followed by his handler, Kain Highwind (BS). They come across Zemi, who is playing with the local children in dragon form while waiting for Kory and KluYa to finish their business in the castle.
Uncertain of an unknown dragon, Kain pulls the children away from Zemi, and Blue investigates. However, when Zemi speaks, both become alarmed and Blue turns defensive.
Kory and KluYa return, and find Zemi cornered by Blue and Kain. Kory talks his way out of this situation, too, stating that Zemi’s ability to talk is a part of an experiment.
However, Kain senses something different about Zemi. Before Kain can make a closer observation, KluYa scares off the snarling Blue, forcing Kain to have to rush after him.
Kory and KluYa explain to Zemi that dragons in their world don’t talk, and those who do are considered a danger. When Zemi shifts back into person form, Kory then explains that dragons with a person form are also considered evil and dangerous, much to Zemi’s frustration.
Walking through the Baron gardens, the three come upon statues of previous heroes, including one of Tellah. Kory and KluYa discuss things of the past and happenings of the Crystal War. KluYa also talks about Zeb’s employment at Baron’s airship factory.
Zazo appears, interrupting their lunch and discussion. She’s taken AsaHi and Miran hostage and demands Tai as an exchange to free them.

In the Borderlands, Zemi, KluYa, and Kory discuss what to do about Zazo’s demands. Zemi is distressed because he identifies Chaos in Zazo and hopes that Tai might be able to do something to talk her down from it. However, they have heard nothing from Tai.
Ben and Leona arrive, and get the overview of the situation. Shortly after, Tai also arrives, blaming his lateness on the “stupid rifts.” He also gets filled in on what’s going on, and shows concern over the fact Zazo may be leaning towards Chaos.
Noting that Miran and AsaHi have family who want to bring them home, and Tai does not have living family left, he chooses of his own free will to give himself up for the exchange. He’s not happy about the situation, and makes it clear as he leaves the Cottage, walking out right as Zazo Chaos-rifts into the front yard.
She’s happy to see him and claim him, though Tai warns her against the Chaos. When Tai reminds her that this is an exchange, she brings forward Miran and AsaHi. When she moves to uphold her end of the bargain, Tai walks through her Chaos rift.
However, as she goes to make the exchange, she stops and changes the terms of the bargain. She demands that Zemi gives himself over to her as well. Zemi begrudgingly does this in order to rescue AsaHi and Miran, but Zazo only hands over Miran, and then leaves.
Miran turns out to be Drake in disguise, ready to fight the Ya family. KluYa tells Ben to escape with Kory and Leona, and Ben takes them through the rift to DS Baron. There, Leona suggests it’s time to ask for help from Cecil.

After a bit of arguing, Tai accuses Zazo of going Chaotic, which upsets both of them. He then tries to persuade her to give up the Chaos energy, to which she eventually agrees.
Zazo takes Tai to a place in the Troian forest where she’s keeping Zemi prisoner. They plan on talking things out with Zemi and getting everything sorted out. However, once they get there, Drake arrives.
He tells Zazo he’s taken care of the Borderlands and everyone there is dead. She freaks out about this, and goes to the Borderlands, only to find it burning in a Chaotic mess. An illusion of Zerom tells her that spilling Earthian blood seals the pact of Chaos and that she can do nothing to break free of it.
Zazo frantically returns to Troia, crying to Tai about the turn of events, scared that she will become Chaotic. The Others, a group of Arweinydd who are led by Archodys, appear, and offer to cleanse her of Chaos through Remaking.
Tai fights this, trying to get Zazo to see reason. But he is no match for Archodys, and Zazo pleads for them to leave Tai alone in exchange for her. She then leaves with the Others, and Tai is left with a Drake who is ready to fight.
